Now the longest-running show in Broadway history, Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera has played to over 100 million people in 22 countries in 113 cities around the world since its first performance. The New York production alone has enchanted over 10 million audience members in its over 18-year run.

♥ Phantom just celebrated its 20th Anniversary on Broadway on Saturday, January 26. On that date, playing its 8,138th and 8,139th performances at The Majestic Theatre (247 West 44th Street), it became the first Broadway production ever to run 20 years.

♥ Congratulations to Phantom in becoming the longest running show on Broadway as of January 9th, 2006, surpassing Cats and Les Miserables. Phantom also celebrates it's over 20 year run over in the UK.

SITE NEWS: New videos have been added on Feb 2, 2008 as they tend to expire from time to time. Le Fantome has been completely redone; new name obviously, character profiles and much of the content remains the same, but check out the new design and organizational style. The gallery is all new, as well. I just hope this place draws all the fans in because I know that this site is quite possibly the most extensive fansite that does NOT focus on the 2004 film.
