SEVENTH HEAVEN

"It's the good food and drinks that makes this shop famous."

Don't worry, this page isn't about that annoying Bible show on the WB with the gigantic annoying Camden family. With cooking being one of her forte, Tifa makes use of that special skill to manage a restaurant bar named "Seventh Heaven". Everyone comes inside to crash and have a good drink. It is also the meeting place for the important group AVALANCHE which she is part of. Tifa has a reputation for good food and a good drink. Wedge is very fond of the bar and even blames it for his weight gain,

"Tifa's cooking is really delicious, mmmm..."

However, the shop vanished along with the Sector 7 slums as a result of the plan used by Shinra to crush AVALANCHE. Seventh Heaven later appears in both Dirge of Cerberus and Advent Children and was opened in order for her to move on and overcome her sorrow for the AVALANCHE comrades lost, as well as her guilt for the many lives sacrificed. The second generation of it is located in Edge, Midgar's new adjoining city. It was Barret who suggested opening the shop and its name was proposed by Marlene.

You are actually first introduced to Tifa's character in this bar. As you walk inside, you are greeted by a little girl exclaiming "Papa!". This girl is Marlene who is also Barret's adopted daughter. Then, Tifa greats Cloud, asking how things went and if he fought with Barret or not. She mentions how Cloud always used to fight a lot when he was a kid. If you bought a flower from Aeris, Tifa will take notice. You can either give it to her or Marlene. Marlene sometimes takes over the bar for Tifa when she has to leave; funny being that she is just a small child.

Downstairs through a secret passage, lies the "drawing room." You can see that the room is used often for secret meetings due to the clutter and the scattered papers around the tables. It has a large television as well which probably comes in handy for sudden news reports. The back wall has a huge white board, as well. You can see plans & diagrams drawn on it. Barret also keeps his punching bag down here; probably to relieve all that horrible stress! Sadly on disc one, this bar is destroyed thanks to Shinra Inc.
